Things I missed in the video:
It is able, with optimization + awakened gems, to complete t16 100% delirious.

(Note. I have the configurations set to extremely reasonable settings to not mislead the viewer. They are super reasonable to have 100% uptime on. It is effectively the shaper/sirus dps with awakened gems added in already, But the actual damage numbers will likely be higher as you normally stack many more poisons than that.)
