Namelessdays's Notes
I was going to do a hit chaining Cobra Lash, but it didn't work out. So I changed it into a Self Chill poison build and it turn out to be crazy cost efficient. All gears are less than 1EX. I crafted boots with cannot be frozen ( EX ) but actually I only needed 80% + 20% Passive for immunity. Can break 10M dps for poison Assassin, but I'll just leave it here for my other build.
