The build utilizes the Pneumatic Dagger base to apply poison with every element, so we don't have to use the Volkuur's glove with it's heavy -50% LESS poison duration downside.

Int stacking gives us a lot of flat Lightning damage, big ES pool, and a lot of mana for even more lightning damage with the Mind of the Council helmet.

Defences are a bit lackluster, that's why we use a panicked life potion on low life with Supreme Decadence keystone for ~4K instant ES heals, with Wicked Ward and Vaal discipline.

Still plenty of improvement can be done with Tailwind/Faster poison boots, better armor piece, adding +1 curse and Temporal Chains, and higher flat ele rolls in gear slots.
