PoE Witch, League Starter, Hex builds

Setting expectations No, this is not a new meta breaker and it's not supposed to be. I just wanted a hypster unique way to clear the remaining parts of endgame my current build cannot deal with (maven, uber elder, sanctums) I also am trying to somewhat contain its budget, it doesn't need to be a league starter but i also would rather not have to farm 100+ divines before being able to get my final voidstones Build concept Doedre's Scorn scales added chaos damage for each curse on an enemy. Hey folks, I've finally finished my video on my top 5 minion league starters for 3.22. The builds use inexpensive gear for the league start versions and should be decent at doing both ToTa and Sanctum. Some of them can be scaled well into the late game so it's worth checking out if that's something on your mind. Enjoy! So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello
