PoE Ranger builds without Lightning Arrow, Vaal Lightning Arrow

On ssf standard. Wondering if i should create a build around both of these or drop one. Most people I saw on ninja were only running one or the other. If I run both i am thinking about putting an aura set up in staff for lvl 7 enlighten. With both I hit dot cap rather easily, but I might struggle with defences a bit. I want this to be a bosser. Here is my take of FR poison pathfinder with some mock gear and decent DPS/Defense. Tried to make it very basic, day 1 type stuff, no uniques or clusters (although I included some that would be useful in the items). I'm hoping the PF flask regen is enough to sustain the self dmg. I'd assume leveling with BV/Concoction will be the play until more gear and higher level. Hoping that someone could help fine tune this, or let me know if it'll fail. Was thinking of going TS Deadeye, but boy do I love CoC. So plan now is to go Bow Pathfinder until I can afford the Leaguestart CoC gear for low tier grinding.Will transition into the early red´s version ASAP and go from there. Feedback appreciated.

Compared to my previous builds, I brought in Windscream and Despair to help with the damage. I have so much movement speed from other sources it being a 20% MS boots instead of 30% just doesn't matter. I honestly see no problems. I have no flasks but I do have 190k boss DPS. Without Despair and Wither and no boss config PoB says I still have 98k DPS which is plenty for act clearing. This entire thing doesn't take into account the 10th projectile. Hello there, I did a theory craft on Power Charge Flicker Strike with the new Crucible Node that allows us to spend Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges to reset Flicker Strikes cooldown. My inital plan was to go with Assassin and go with Lightning Damage since it works so well with Power Charges, but then I realized that Flicker Strike actually scales with Frenzy Charges aswell and Power Charges are really only needed for our uptime.
