https://pobb.in/krUyGQ1zx5Nv has my goal and the "Default" tree/skillset is where I am at, real character. It only uses one very cheap rare, everything else is a unique, two were somewhat pricey: heatshiver was 45c, 5L Daresso's was 40c. From where I am to the goal I do not need to change items at all, it's just gem levels and skillpoints. More can be done later, this will be enough to very comfortably fill the atlas and do the story big bosses.
Once again I started with running Heists with a pConc Raider and while it's no longer endless, I managed to run quite a few of them (I made a snapshot at 61 and then did a few more, so overall less than 70) and get enough money for a fun build. DPS does not tell the whole picture especially because it doesn't show it's double for frozen enemies. I know Frost Blades Trickster is the more popular one but I had a Raider already for this Heisting.
The build was strongly inspired by https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds/char/FayeOwO/Faye_Crucible I do not claim it's original. I merely made it worse by doing so much Onslaught, a Unique 5L chest and using White Wind mostly because Bloodseeker was unobtanium even a few hours ago. Also because the Elusive effect From The Shadows notable is nice.
Ps.: annointing Holy Dominion makes it possible to go with all uniques, a second Le Heup Of All could be pressed into service and it makes our Freeze chance ever so slightly higher.
Pps. pConc is fine, just not recommended as super early as it was, grab Replenishing Remedies with the life flask charge mastery, grab Clever Thief to have another source of life sustain when your flasks do not have charges and run two life flasks. It's fine. I do not know whether it's viable for mapping etc but running tons of lvl 60-65 heists, it was fine.
Ppps: dire warning, rush for freeze immunity, ailment reflection monsters are instadeath and not fun.
