PoE Cyclone, Juggernaut builds

Hello community, I finally reached my goal to „not die anymore“ and become semi-immortal to everything T16 maps have to offer except occasional one-shots. The build follows my goal of simple play, so throughout normal mapping I am mostly cycling on left mouse button and throwing a curse from time to time on tougher mobs. While it feels really smooth and I can finally play semi-afk without dying all the time, I am a little clueless what to optimize further (next to some better rolls on my jewels). Searing Exarch(not uber): Ignore the bad gameplay, I don't visit exarch a lot :d Can see shockwave definitely being a bit luke warm DPS-wise, but also how well vaal EQ interacts with this build, every time I move a bit and let go of cyclone a vaal EQ shockwave will appear, its cooldown is what surprised me the most, it's often already 50% ready to go again before the first one ends T16 Waste Pool:

Last time it was a hierophant, the issue was that absorption charges didn't apply as much of a benefit as theoretically thought, and additionally, I forgot that MoM only applies to life. Again like last time, this doesn't do very much damage, this time it deals more, but still not very consistently. So instead we decided to go with a juggernaut, and use two nebuloch maces. Very incomplete PoB \(Community Fork\) Quick Minimal investment concept (96 points spent). I feel like this has potential. With Transcendance, and 8K Life, you can take a max hit of 100k. You can probably get 100% Phys taken as Ele, but Phys DoTs might be annoying though Jugg has decent non-armor mitigation and regen, with leech potential.
