Without one poison support, our chance to poison does not hit 100% easily. Not having golden rule yet, here's what I have done to mitigate the issue:
Chance to poison support = 40% Claw with chance to poison(gemini claw preferred) = 20 - 30% Herald of agony = 20%
I have 90% chance to poison, using 2x storm brand + cyclone will allow me to keep up at least 35 stacks on Single target.
To increase it to 100%, you can add jewels with chance to poison + life + resist, or golden rule after having enough chaos resist
