PoB: https://pastebin.com/XKaR7rPa Gems setup in boots I used in ~600 depth delve and it's almost useless on maps. Swapped on random spell + culling strike for Sirus. For mapping I guess better to have Cyclone+Culling Strike+Fortify+Portal. Or Cyclone+Awakened Curse on Hit lvl5+Flammability+Fortify (yep, second CoH with same curse just for QoL). And I guess this setup is also better for deep delve too.
I guess this is final version of my build.
