PoE builds similar to [POE 3.17 ] 3X Cold DOTs Occultist (End Game Bosses Tank & Showcase, Sirus, Maven, Uber Elder)

I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF.
