Overview
[POE 3.19] Low-Life Cold DOTs Occultist (35.7 mil DOT DPS = Capped DOT DPS, boss killer) is a Path of Exile Occultist build by HadCXW, made for the Kalandra league (3.19). It is centered on Vaal Cold Snap and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, cold archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 44.84M DPS with 59.16K effective HP, 10 life, 3.4K energy shield. Suited for: Mapping, Bossing. Key uniques include Crown of the Inward Eye, Aegis Aurora, Shavronne's Wrappings.

I had wanted to try hitting the DOT DPS Cap even since it was made known in 3.18 (or was it earlier?). I spent some time levelling this to 100 (like really level it in maps and not pay for 5-way etc) and respecced it for DPS!
I must say it felt really good but it is not a balanced build, had to drop a lot of defense to reach the DOT DPS cap. It was fun to melt bosses though!
This will likely be the last update for this build in 3.19.
