[Path of Exile 3.17 Ready!] Cold DOT Occultist Tank - Low Budget (Max Block, Spell Suppressed)

A short video to showcase a Low Budget Tank variant of Cold DOT Occultist with Aegis Aurora in POE 3.16 in T16 Chimera Map. There were some discussion about the high budget of that build so I got another set of low budget gears to showcase its tanking ability even with much cheaper gear. DPS will suffer as expected but its tanking capability is pretty much as good as the higher budget variant. This variant has no cluster jewel, in fact, no jewel at all. So it's all from the tree and gears.

Let me emphasize again this is not a min-maxed build or even a guide, it's merely a showcase of the possibility to tank as a Cold DOT occultist with low budget gear. Cheers!

[POE 3.17 Post-patchnote Update] - This build was not nerfed is anyway, no nerf in support gems, no defence nerf. Hit damage of vortex and cold snap is buffed but it’s insignificant in late game since we mostly rely on the DOT dmg. So, feel free to create this tank with low budget!
