[Path of Exile 3.17 Ready!] Cold DOT Occultist Tank (High budget, Max Block, 7mil Shaper DPS)

I have an older video that showcase how Cold DOT Occultist can be REALLY tanky by slapping Aegis Aurora and going max block with Divine Shield but it was really rough because I didn't finetune the build. I liked that version so much that I came back to it and polished it up to see how it may feel and I'm really satisfied with the work! I managed to squeeze in Zealotry and Aspect of Spider and still be really tanky. There's definitely still more things I can improve on this build which I'll get to them when I have more time but feel free to leave some comments on how you think this can be improved further!

[POE 3.17 post-patchnote update] - Frozen trail is no longer available so I won’t use Frostbolt now since it’ll take too many gems (Gump, faster proj) to feel good. Vortex and cold snap got buffed in hit dmg but it’s insignificant. For better clear, we can always fall back to creeping frost, especially the divergent version. Maybe even WTB.
