PoE Critical, Bossing builds

Hey ! I'm working on a poison BV Pathfinder for speed-clearing heist in 3.17. So, objectives are in this order : - Movement speed - Tankyness - Damage (just needed to kill somethings on the way and refilling flasks, no bossing, all contracts will be run white). I plan to level as PC, and switch to BV whit a little budget. My current PoB, it's mid-to-end-gamish... :

Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps. If anyone has a better-looking PoB using Elementalist instead of Occultist, I'm all ears, I'd just prefer

definitely a pob warrior tree. you wont have all those buffs activated at once for 99.99% of the game.but if you do somehow get all the buff on than for the split second you can reach flicker dps heaven. the budget for the pob items is around 2 mirrors. for bossing you put on a frenzy on hit chest with all the same mods but explode is replaced with frenzy on hit. also good luck rolling on the elegant hubris

With the changes to cobra lash, i decided to try something i had never done before : a poison build. I made a quick PoB of what it would look like : I did not complete the skill setup yet, there are still 10 gem slot remaining (4-link and weapon/ shield link) maybe some other skill that can be better at bossing can be used as a 6-link and cobra lash as a 4-link idk. also for the gear, i used the bare minimum for damage calculation since starter gear will look like shit, so i only have wasp nest and coralito.
