【The King of CoC 3.15】"Instant Leech" + Facetank all Endgame bosses! CoC build is still S-Tier AF

Hey guys ! All hail the KING of COC ! :) Yep, Assassin is back being the king~ So, why Assassin is now the best choice compared to other ascendancies?

1. Crit & Damage nerfs Before 3.15, u can literally play CoC with any ascedancies, just invest into crits and BOOM - ez game. As for now, with assassin's strong crit ascendancy points, u don't need to worry so much on investing crit, you can just focus getting More Damage / Defense ! :)

2. Speeeed & High Dodge(Elusive) w/ Badge of the Brotherhood Fast movement speed is a MUST for Cyclone coc, so that u can zoom & boom through maps. With Badge amulet, ur dash cooldown is so fast you can feel like you're playing in 3.14 LOL

// Build Overview //

• "Instant leech" due to High APS & Spell trigger + ES gained on Hit
• Crazy DPS (similar to 3.14 version due to assassin ascendancy)
• Decent Def (CI + High Evade & Dodge + Freeze everything + Leech + Block)
• Butter smooth clearspeed (Celestial Herald MTX clears even faster due to the bigger AOE visual...jk)
• Still the strongest CoC build (Ice spear + CF)
• Melts all end game easily

Clearspeed - 8/10 Bossing - 10/10 Defense - 8/10 Speed - 9/10 *Build is definitely S+ Tier

【About CoC APS + Trigger rate】 Let's keep it simple. (1 Cospri + 1 Shield) No Awakened CoC or any cooldown recovery mods - 6.06 APS With Awakened CoC (20%+ cooldown) - 7.57 APS

But....since POB has updated with CoC DPS calculation & trigger rate, i have experimented and figured out that we can actually exceed the APS and has more spell triggered !

From what i've learned, u can get higher APS with 1 cospri + shield, but do not exceed 12.12 APS. Based on this video, i have achieved 12APS and my trigger rate is 6 (max).

Well, this is very complicated and i would not recommend unless you have tons of budget to spend. To keep it simple, just get the basic breakpoints 6.06 or 7.57 :) Cheers ~

// Leveling Guide //

• Use【Self-cast ARC】and get to lvl80 at least https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dqjy1XKiz_Q

• If you don't mind spending for early-lvling unique gear, u can go for Cold-Conversion cyclone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ig4EskqnQTg (This video is ranger version, but u can easily modify abit to assassin) *Unique gear needed :

• Hrimsorrow (MUST) to convert phys to cold, then get Winter Spirit ASAP

• Two-handed swords (Rigwald, Terminus)

• Thief's Torment (instant leech + mana sustain)

• Goldrim (Ez resist capped)

• Seven-league (Fast lvling till map)

• Carnage's heart Amulet (Attributes)

• Belt of the Deceiver
