PoE Seething Fury builds without Replica Dreamfeather

Hi, so I'm done with the league, done 38 challenges, killed all uber bosses beside exarch (I'm bad at avoiding molten balls, would probably have to change my setup for this fight, I dont care that much), done wave 30 Simulacrum w/o much trouble and wanted to share my build, Trickster SST: PoB: highlights of the build: 95% evade chance w/o jade flask, 66% damage from spell hits prevented thanks to Tricksters' Spellbreaker + Devouring Diadem, ~18m dmg (could do higher single damage with penetration enchant on boots but I was too lazy to get it), cr

This is the time of the league where I go off the deep end and start thinking of weird shit to try. Shield skills have caught my attention recently due to the fact that you can have a scaling weapon equipped (like Dreamfeather) for attacks without actually using it. Void Battery seemed interesting to me since it gives huge scaling based on Power Charges, which could be shifted to attacks with Crown of Eyes. Plugging in just gems and uniques into a reasonable tree put me at around 3.7m Shaper DPS, which means with proper investment I'm expecting this to be a reasonably well rounded character.

So this is not a build showcase, it's a work in progress, I'm looking for feedback on how to make the character more powerful without heavy investment - I'm a casual player so I can sink a few more divines in at most. Basically the idea is to do the Snakebite/Frenzy stacking thing, but go crit poison because Emperor's Vigilance, Seething Fury give a ton of extra crit multi, kind of like the Nightblade poison builds. I'm also getting a bunch of crit chance from self-blind with Second Sight Keystone, good synergy because you don't need a high dps weapon since your shield is doing all your damage

Leveling I'm not great at rushing through the campaign but I used splitting steel. If you get the Titucius' Span shield, you can With mana reservation implicits, you can anoint disciple of the slaughter instead of charisma. Wanted to see how good the new emperors can be utilized converting it to cold with new hrimsorrow and scaling crit with inquisitor and seething fury. This is my take: Note: Definetely do not recommend using this as a starter, while you definetely not need much of the insane gear im using here the uniques it uses will definetely be insanely expensive early on in the league.
