This build cost me a lot to put together, mostly theorycrafting, because as you see, the build itself it's not expensive at all, in fact, you can transition to this very early in the league once you get the shield, most of the upgrades just give more damage.

This build is very good with HH, however, you don't need it, I used a bisco's leash most of the time when I did mirror delirium, this showcase at 80% delirium can be done with a single inspired learning.

Anyway, I really enjoyed trying shield skills this league. This build has many pro's:

Damage comes from shield, which leaves main hand up to the user, you can use a white explode wand, any unique, any type whatsoever, even a claw if you want whirlwind blades. In my case, I'm using beltimber because of far shot and 2 extra projs (if I don't forget to use leap slam lol). Because of Emperor's Vigilance, you can go eldritch battery and fix any mana issue, and even run a divine blessing aura. Build uses a lot of uniques, so it's easy to put together.

• 100% Spell Supression

• 63% Phys Reduction

• 273% MS with potions, can get 50% more if you swap a rampage gloves/weapon/belt. + Phasing

• 50%/50% Block (glancing blows)
