This build is best for Trade League and can be vastly improved on a higher budget, giving it great scaling potential for harder map farming and mapping for things like maven rotations and shrine farming. This build will struggle mostly with bossing but it's clear speed and clear potential make it competitive for the early start of a league. With 3.21 crucible league around the corner, this build looks like a great option to either rotate off of later on or scale into the mid league and endgame content.

NOTE: The Enlighten level 4 skill gem can most likely be fine at an Enlighten level 3 if you sacrifice a couple of your jewel affixes for mana reservation, plus the mana leech will help a lot as well with sustaining in combat.
