Cats are fascinating creatures

Build made by Ruetoo, a feline that somehow manages to stream and make cool builds

Weapon is shit, didn't have boot enchant, no awakened gems, missing a couple alt quality aswell, the quartz flask is just there for phasing (amethyst or any res flask is almost def better), the hatred pen on WE does close to nothing.

I can't figure out why my crit os low on pob but in-game i'm at 100%, i'm assuming that so I don't take the Heartseeker wheel, that plus having a 13% mana efficiency+ ashes and the helm corruption gives enough points to get a lethal pride/brutal restraint, but i'm too lazy.
