PoE Crackling Lance, Crackling Lance of Branching builds with custom stat filters

Hi, my name is Diego and this is the first build I've tried to create from scratch, after thousands of hours of playing. I still consider myself a noob at the game, but I have a good understanding of the mechanics. Making that clear, this first build of mine takes full advantage of the new amulet, The Untouched Soul \+ the Warden node, Oath of the Maji, making it "easy" to use The Annihilating Light. Im happy with this build BUT when i need to stop moving and start applying dmg its getting hard, when to dodge when to shoot etc. Any oder skills i could swap to, with small investment ? 1-2div .

Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. Just thought I would post here because this is my first 100 that I have achieved. A little back story. I hurt myself at work and have been off for most of this league which 100% helped achieve this. Ive been working on this build, off and on, for a few version updates and I just wanted some fresh eyes on things I might consider changing up. I can run Tier 13 maps pretty consistently, anything higher tier though I get wrecked every couple of runs and lose all exp progress. Pretty simple play mechanics, all tied to logitech mouse buttons. So ever since the anomalous quality for Crackling Lance was released I wanted to try to make a poison Cracklance build. Never really worked out so far because there was no way (I knew of) to get quality high enough, however now with the new Dialla's Malefaction it might just work out. It probably won't be really good, I just want a version that works decent enough.
