PoE Trickster, League Starter builds

Hey guys, I just wanted to make sure with experts that I understood everything correctly : I'm playing Frost Blades Trickster in SSF (leaguestarted it... it went how you can guess). However I got to farming T16, still getting slapped by Essences because for some reasons i have 159 armor etc but that not what this post is about. As a fellow SSF enjoyer I spend quite a bit of time in Heist, and I got as usual \[\[The Admiral\]\] At first I thought "yeah... seems cool but wont use it" but then I thought about elemental equilibrium (that I can take right away, i'm pathing in front of it anyway

The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things. Hence Expedition's End for %as more damage freezes and Southbound + freeze duration stacking. This all means we can inflict 1 second freeze on Pinnacle bosses with attacks. Notes: A build that has great defence and movespeed, great clearspeed at a relatively low investment. With investment it can do all game content except from the hardest Uber bosses. You will be vulnerable to physical hits, so your manual dodge skills have to be excellent, but since you are doing damage over time it will be much easier to not get hit. Hello there - Self-Cast Voltaxic Burst on Trickster is a build that I have been iterating on since it's introduction in 3.15. Despite being a relatively new player when it was introduced, I began trying to make my own build with it because I like to improve at the games I play. Up until yesterday, I have not played this build since the third week of the league or so. The build that I have constructed was able to clear T16s and reach level 95 in SSF this league. Above is a rough day 1 plan for my LS Trickster. I'm going the full armor/ev route because it's easier to get eHP early on, especially vs phys damage, and it also allows me to grab 13 different masteries that synergize with the build. I know Heartstopper is a controversial node, but I feel like it will smooth out the damage I'm taking, even if I don't always notice it or run into some bad rng. Any advice? I realize Champion does armor/ev LS better probably, but I'm really looking forward to trying out Trickster.
