PoE Assassin builds with custom stat filters

I Spend around 35 ex Crafting/Buyng to take maybe 85% of the perfect gear. \- It's not a perfect PoB, just an reference to end game setup

This is the build: PoB is without flasks and only 100 poisons applied recently. I think it is pretty unique and I am looking for some feedback/ideas. Would you do sth differently? BB is procced by Kitava's Thirst helmet while spending over 100 mana with BF. Apep's are used to get the mana cost of Bladefall to over 100. Build can self-sustain the mana cost while spamming BF at over 5cps without a mana potion. Bladefall has Culling Strike. Only requires two 4-links. I use a CWDT setup in the chest. Since the build is mana bas

Hey guys, I've tried putting together a hit based fireball using pinpoint and scorch, the damage looks really good in PoB right now so im wondering if I have ticked a few boxes, everything looks warranted to me right now. Please help take a look over it, any comments and feedback are much appreciated. PoB:

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.

Assassin Crackling Lance Fairly simple setup with Inpulsa, dodge, ailment immunity. Intention is to get the speed boost from Assassin and scale cast speed and crit instead of Archmage. Gear is good but reasonable for SC Probably works well with the new Frost Shield or Sigil of Power --- Let's be honest here I only made the build to post the title

Why go fire BV when u can go ice BV with cheaper price and high dmg? Just want to share with you guys about this build with big AoE and insane damage. Planning to craft the items tomorrow!
