Winter Orb is not dead. It just needs some investment ! Here's my Eternity shroud Cold to Fire Conversion Winter Orb. *My chaos dps tooltip is the highest and it melts all bosses with few hits
This build is easily achieved this league with min-maxed Harvest SHAPED craft. (yes, all items must be shaped to make eternity shroud works)
