PoB is without flasks and only 100 poisons applied recently.

I think it is pretty unique and I am looking for some feedback/ideas. Would you do sth differently?

BB is procced by Kitava's Thirst helmet while spending over 100 mana with BF.

Apep's are used to get the mana cost of Bladefall to over 100.

Build can self-sustain the mana cost while spamming BF at over 5cps without a mana potion.

Bladefall has Culling Strike.

Only requires two 4-links. I use a CWDT setup in the chest.

Since the build is mana based it is using MoM/Agnostic for defense and regen.

Arcane Cloak > Arcane Surge > Second Wind is used. Thanks to the Dynamo passive the mana cost of Arcane Cloak is regenerated back quickly.

Because of high cast speed and high mana cost Sigil of Power can be used.

Arcane Cloak and Sigil of Power adds a ton of flat lightning damage and we use Volkuur's gloves to allow lightning damage to poison.

Ungil's Harmony amulet is used in combination with Toxic Delivery and Perfect Agony since it does not affect ailments.

Two Septic Spells medium cluster jewels, Noxious Strikes and annointed Serpentine Spellslinger together with the tiny node on the way to Fatal Toxins grants 105% chance to poison to all spell hits. This affects the CWDT setup too generating even more poisons to affect "poisons applied recently" from Noxious Strikes.
