• the budget for the build is probably around 30-60ex and maybe around 10-15ex without bottled faith(swap with diamond flask),properly rolled ventor's gamble,unnatural instinct, perfect jewels and awaken curse on hit and went with 1 large cluster+whispers of doom instead

• -161 lightning resist, a crafted avian twins talisman from another build(hence undertaker annoint but turns into +1 max cold res +26 cold res)

• the build is very accessible even with a tiny budget due to only needing at least a 5-link sire of shards(slower projectiles on 6th), a 5 link doryani's prototype for the vortex curse, some thread of hopes and maybe an immortal flesh if you're comfortable with your -resistance stacking. The rest is of the gear is mostly for adjusting your resistances and making sure you have an okay-ish rolled avian twins talisman and a divine flesh glorious vanity to completely alleviate the negative resistance.

• another option for bumping your lightning resistances further down is to use a shackles of the wretched and put the curse on hit vortex in there along with conductivity and/or elemental weakness if you have awakened curse on hit if you plan on having a assasin's mark ring as well with whispers of doom: That way you could use other gear instead of rolling for an expensive ventor's gamble and craft yourself an opal/vermilion ring instead. I don't recommend this method that much however since you cant have a curse remove flask and makes it annoying to do mapping if it has temp chains/vulnerability/enfeeble.

• was going for ele dmg per quality on sire of shards but wasnt able to get one yet so i just went crit instead.

• curse on hit vortex with proj weakness was the choice since it doesnt impede with your cyclone movement.

• i went with two large clusters, both with doryani's lesson and overshock to cap my shock effect(afaik, in POB it's 60 max)

• also with any doryani's prototype builds, it's one weakness is lightning dot. i'm still working towards going full ele ailment immunity as well. but that would take alot of investment and gear adjustment as capping resistances is very tight while having at least -150 lightning resist and the luck of crafting an avian twins with crystal skin annoint is veeery RNG. it took me 12 jorgin runs and about 20+ rush crafted amulets to get mine.
