Preface: Even a 'budget' version of DI Eternity Shroud tends to require about 40ex of investment to feel good. The bulk of this cost comes from the chest (~5ex) and the rings (~26ex).
I received some interest in my Divine Ire Eternity Shroud build in the comments of another post, so I thought I'd share it here. This build started as a project to get the a single hit as high as possible with Divine Ire Eternity Shroud since it is a combo that I just persoanlly find very satisfying and since there are a lot of rares, it can take full advantage of Harvest. As it stands, it is currently at 226m damage per 20 stack beam, with the potential to be pushed even higher (although I'm pretty close to the ceiling). I've invested probably close to two mirrors in the build to push it to where it is. However, it is totally doable on a (relatively) cheap budget for Eternity Shroud builds.

Budget PoB: https://pastebin.com/yTpfPPMF
I estimate the budget version can reach ~40m damage with approx. 40-50ex and still have decent defences (4400 life, 1800 es). Its certainly on the glass cannon side of things, no doubt about it. I have attached a full crafting guide to the Notes section of the budget PoB. I have kept the items to T2-T4 rolls where possible. While the gear is above average, it is all very accessible through judicious use of Harvest crafting, and I do not believe anything in there is overly unrealistic for the average player to craft.
Trickster vs. Assassin:
Trickster is a totally viable option too. It is more defensive but is slower and has less damage. In my opinion, Trickster is a lot worse for this style of Divine Ire. Trickster is much better suited to a Glancing Blows, Wand + Shield, ES on block defensive style. This is not that build. This is a much faster, high damage, kill things before they kill you version. I totally get it if it isn't your thing, its just something that I PERSONALLY enjoy playing.
Clear Speed:
The last half of the video is footage of me mapping. It is not some insanely juiced T19 5 orb Delirium. It is just a rare T16 with some sextants. As for how to get your clearspeed to actually be good, the secret is using a chest SWAP.
Basically, Divine Ire has pretty bad clear. But, the build utilises a TON of gain and conversion, which scales explode chest explosions phenomenally. I personally use a rare explode chest with:
The logic is that the build already has a shitload of damage by virtue of being an Eternity Shroud build. Far more than you need to kill 99.99% of mobs. Therefore, you use a chest that addresses your weaknesses rather than boosting your strengths. It provides End Charge generation, and plenty of sustain for mapping with the life on kill mod. This kind of chest is on the expensive side of budget.
I'd also note that an explode chest switch is NOT mandatory. I use it because I am a fast player and the stop and channel slowly playstyle of DI doesn't work for me for clear. If it is too expensive to add this to your build, don't worry about it. It is a luxury piece for fast mapping.
Is this a PoB Warrior in action
Maybe. Kinda. Depends on your opinion on certain things. I consider flasks as active as you can kill bosses in under their duration. I include 15 Wither since it only takes about a second to get 15 stacks with Wither totems. Vaal RF is perhaps a little PoB-Warriory, but it is relevant for most bosses other than Sirus. I acknowledge that there might be some disagreement here, and thats fine, hence why I am including this disclaimer.
If you have any questions or thoughts I'll be happy to answer them in the comments. I am happy to provide more detailed crafting guides for the items in my PoB, but some of these are very expensive and I figured they're beyond the reach of many of the players who would be interested to try the build.
