PoE Pathfinder builds with custom stat filters

PoB: The goal was: non-meta useage of Nimis, able to tank/burst all ubers/sim30/deli80 I was playing dex stacking KB nimis deadeye and it was good, awesome clear, good st, but squishy af (since u must be at melee range all the time for full dps). So I theorycrafted a pathfinder based on 100% phys to ele + 90% res + perma flasks. Cyclone over KB because u can craft "hits can't be evaded" on weapon (only on melee weapons) and don't worry about any acc (and allows Second Sight keystone). FAQ < How much area of effect do we want? You want EXACTLY 39% area of effect, since Pathfinder already gives 30% area of effect, this effectively means you have to get 9% aoe somewhere. There are 2 viable options for this: 18% quality on your Toxic Rain gem or 9% aoe craft on gloves or amulet. I'd recommend the craft since it's hard to get a 21/18 TR gem Why does the tree say 3.19? Thought Impending Doom was cool, but had a Pathfinder leveled, and wanted to try a different take on it with poison prolif. This is where the build ended up. By no means fully min/maxed, but it was very comfortable mapping, and despite the low HP, was incredibly tanky. Huge movespeed and DoT playstyle also makes it amazing for Sanctum.
