PoE builds similar to POE 3.23 CoC Frostblink of Wintry Blast Uber Exarch

Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. Spent a day working on this pob. I doubt I'll ever be able to actually use the build due to the high costs of the items I decided to use, specifically some of the double corrupts and rares, but I wanted to show this off and get some input on making it better. Since I only play glass cannon type of builds, I wanted to bring back something I haven't played in a couple of years. It exceeded my expectations but I do not recommend playing unless you want to rely on mechanical skills and a decent amount of luck. It did have a lot more damage than I thought so you could probably shave off like 20-25% of the damage and put in defenses on a different class, I have thought about it.
