PoE 3.23 - Frostblink of Wintry Blast Poet's Pen Elementalist - Reaching New Speeds - Build Guide

If you're tired of juicing and MF'ing this build is the one to zoom through maps. The new Frostblink of Wintry Blast is a fine successor to Lightning Warper.

EDIT: This iteration got killed in 3.24 Patch with this line: "This Spell's Cast Time is added to its Cooldown if Triggered". You'd ether have to get back to Lightning Warp or go Archmage route and scale a ton of cast speed instead of running Poet's Pen setup
