Here is the Pastebin, This is the current skeleton of the build. In its current state, its 153% life, grace, determination, defiance banner, petrified blood and ghost shroud for defences Offense is based on snipers mark elehit with wands, relying on split from the mark as well as the deadeye chain and extra proj for clear. Ele hit also has the built in explosions which should help. Single target with a geared out character is probably at least 500k sDPS but there is a lot of scalability with larger budgets Right now the tree is set up for minimal reliance on

Pob fork: Disclaimer: I only play solo/with IRL friends, so this is technically SSF. I don't give a fuck about meta, I play to have fun. I league started with this build in mind and created it as I went. So, this is honestly my very first self-made build. So far so good, both the clear and single target feel good. I stumbled upon the combination of Sniper's Mark (spellslinger) + Pierce. You never have to think about what target is marked due to the fact that Marks are no longer a namelock skill. It also works beautifully because of how Subprojectiles work now:
