Final Thoughts:

Overall, this build had pretty good clear since after attacking Static Strike would just "auto-hit" for 6s and Shockwave is great for clear but the single target damage especially towards the end was somewhat lacking. Of course this would have been less of an issue if I had something better than a 450dps staff but I had played build with a similarly bad weapon and they would still deal about 30% mroe damage.
