PoE builds similar to CRIT SPARK - Transition Into Endgame

Hey guys! It's my first time playing SSFHC a bit more seriously and I decided on Goratha's Spark Inquis. pob : This is a theoretical build specced towards non juiced non uber uber content and being a safe, comfy, fast map clearer. It can probably do all the normal content fine, except maybe Sirus will be slow because of the arena size and how spark DPS works. All the gear used is around the level of near late game SSF and can reach higher DPSwith more minmaxing of gear.
