I made a spark inquisitor this league and have been playing around with the tattoos and some jewel tech. I am currently level 94, and I have based my changes around the cluster transition POB from AnimePrincess. I think there is still room for optimization and improvement with the new tattoos and the options it opens up, so looking for some feedback on the changes.

By playing around with some jewels and tattoos, I was able to get about 23% more damage (1.17M to 1.45M) and almost double the EHP (73k to 135k) with the same gear as the original POB (Endgame Cluster gearset). I also gained a few other nice to haves such as 40 proj speed and resistance from the tree to give a bit more flexibility with suffixes.

I am currently playing this new tree and it is a whole new world for tankiness and clearspeed with the increased damage and proj speed.

Some notes:

- This build has lower life and ES than the original but the block is increased from 46/58 to 75/68 and with aegis that increase in block chance is extremely noticeable.

-Extra proj speed feels very good.

- The +attack block watchers eye from the original POB can be dropped for more defence or offensive.

- The glorious vanity was a huge liability once I got to max block, and I very often died while I still had max ES. Even though I lost a chunk of ES, survivability went WAY up with it gone.

- This new tree adds about 3 div onto the cost of the build with the tattoos and nightmare jewel, but the improvements are WELL worth it.

- I am using quite a few other tattoos in my personal build such as 4 attribute to meet dex requirements. I did not include these in the POB as it will be different for every person.

I added onto the original POB with an updated tree and skills. I used the same gear in the original POB, other than adding the jewel tech even though some items like triple crit multi are unrealistic. My personal character has gear that is more optimized around this tree.
