PoE builds similar to My Kinetic bolt vs uber elder

the best idea out there but. When I saw the frontpage of the Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation and Sniper's Mark interaction I had an idea to turn this into a Wander(mana leech) with the Indigon/MOM/Agnostic. Using Manastorm to drain all our mana then Indigon would give some huge spell damage buff that apply to the new fragmentation gem. We survive the huge mana cost by perma leeching and Lavianga Spirit to spam our attacks. Very squishy since we rely on our mana for both offensive and defensive side.

A friend and I theory crafted this super weird build that I think could actually work. It's mana stacking Arcane Cloak Ballista Totem Kinetic Bolt Hierophant dual wielding wands &x200B; Wondered if you guys had any idea on how to improve it? &x200B; There is an alternate weapon set using Shade of Solaris for a cheap option. Super ultra mega bonus points if you can think of how to make it work on a witch, since he only plays witch builds.

Hello everyone, I was tinkering around PoB for a few days and came up with a kinda interesting concept which is possible due to the new buffs of the chaos spells and specifically the projectiles of the transfigured gems of Soulrend and Essence Drain from 1 @ all gem levels to 3-5. Managed to complete my atlas with this build. The gear isnt perfect since its a ssf character. There are two setups - one with windscream (for bossing) and one with bubonic trail (for mapping). There are some other swaps I usually do depending on the boss im about to fight, like swapping the jade flask for ruby / sapphire or whatever else is needed. The only thing ive struggled with was the ziggurat boss (Nightmare of Catarina). The arena there feels too small for me, but I'm sure someone younger could manage to manoeuvre in it. Hi all, been putting together a weird new build (POB below) to try over the xmas period and would like to get some feedback before I start going crazy with funding it... The basic idea is messing with a dex stacking-ish cold wander (KBolt attempting to make use of Rathpith currently) and then using some ballista totems (with potentially the new Nimis ring if things pan out) to create some eye watering screens of crit cold death, right now the build is very much WIP and is lacking some defence but I think there is potential here for something fun. When crafting a wand you're looking for attack speed, crit and flat dmg ( dmg added to attacks). Avoid tanky rares or beasts while lvling , the exp is negligible, just run past them if you can. Heya folks, So, since I saw Wilma's Requital, I couldn't help but think it seemed like it could be a blast for a Wand Ballista build with Alt Kinetic Bolt. However, the best I could figure for the build would be to more or less rip off Mathil's build from Kalandra league. I would appreciate any assistance folks could offer in regards to refining the build concept.
