Hello, I had so much fun with this build last patch that I'm doing a very rare re-leaguestart of it. Elementalist nerfs don't really matter that much, I wasn't stacking primordial bonds anyways. Global int nerf has me a bit pissed off as a dedicated non-stacker caster player but its not that bad either. POB accounts for both of these.
