Mana Storm Indigon Kinetic BOLT Pathfinder~ Build Guide PoE 3.13

The Mana storm is unloved item that holds a lot of power and can be enabled quite smoothly when enabled by mechanics like Mana Flask Sustain. It allows us to acquire a FAT amount of flat lightning damage which mixes perfectly with Indigon to scale said damage. After the fact a lot of prime factors like Dodge/Berserk/Arcane Cloak/Wind dancer mesh perfectly with the mana scaling as a lot of this is just a few passive points away for a substantial power boost. All in all this build ended up being quite well rounded and very enjoyable to play.

Jewels stats to aim for I forgot to cover: Increased Maximum Mana/Life Attack Speed with Wands/Holding a shield Global Crit Multi Ele/Chaos Resistances Stats Required(may need int to hold wand)

Leveling: This build will be a bit rough to level given a large portion of the damage scaling will come from Indigon/Manastorm(Lvl 68/59) So if you level this character I wouldn't do it as a leaguestart / I Wouldn't do it without some level of descent leveling gear or a respec at later levels when you have the main damage uniques able to be equipped.
