PoE builds similar to Crackling Lance 3.17 Sirus Kill

I'm going to do some party play with my friends who just want to chill together. We aren't doing anything too juiced but I thought it would be nice if our builds meshed well together at least a little bit. The main idea for my build was a lightning/cold crit character that inflicts max brittle and shock to help everyone out. Here is the build I need help with making it make more sense. Mainly the belt and rings kinda suck. I also don't really want to use ashes but the reservation is just way too good. Also also I don't know if the lack of move/cast speed will feel bad. [

I always wanted to do a crack lance and since I dont know if mathil will finish his one, I took his build and did it the way id probably build it. I would love to build it with a natural affinity because it would fit perfectly but sadly its too many points (I usually play my builds up to lvl 92-94). Im happy with this build BUT when i need to stop moving and start applying dmg its getting hard, when to dodge when to shoot etc. Any oder skills i could swap to, with small investment ? 1-2div .

Just thought I would post here because this is my first 100 that I have achieved. A little back story. I hurt myself at work and have been off for most of this league which 100% helped achieve this.
