(POE 3.28 Ready) Inquisitor Spark Meta Build, 116M DPS, 90% all res, Ubers

(Footage is outdated, but POB is ready for 3.28) High dmg and tanky Inquisitor Spark build with lightning to cold conversion, aurastacker: 116M Pinnacle DPS, 42k Armor, 72/74 block, Aegis Aurora, 90% all res. Each Spark cast can hit single monster 5 times with its duration (3.2sec), that's why DPS is 23 x 5 = 116M. But take into account that this dps with Vaal Smite, which I mostly didn't use while recording, also I didn't use Sniper's Mark sometimes, just forgot in rush. CAUTION: it is expensive build, 250+ div, and yeah, Mageblood will be very good here. For start, use spark/freezing pulse/arc or any other good levelling spells that u prefer.
