PoE League Starter, Critical builds

Hey guys, recently thought about possible offmeta league starters and came up with this Chaos BV, heavily inspired by the trending Cold BV variants. Build has 60% chance to explode ennemies and gull+blunderbore for fast mapping, as well as badge of the brotherhood for high withering step uptime to have it up for almost every pack and get the wither damage multiplicator for the explosions too. The build has actually 3.5M dps with the current config even against sirus which seems pretty decent. Ive found two things a bit worrysome:

DISCLAIMER: I have not actually played this build in any way yet and 3.18 is when I'll possibly try it, so it could have periods of build progress where its shit before it becomes good, or just be shit forever. I got a prototype drop on my SSF and had a really dumb idea to respec my lvl 100 seismic trap league starter with it.
