Investing into Spark DPS Inquisitor Update Day 3

Have had fun testing out different setups with spark and I believe this is the one I like the most so far. Not really convinced spark is the strongest skill to use but its been fairly solid and fun to play. Hope this update gives a good idea how far the character can go on relatively budget gearing.

Important: I invested into alt quality divergent Inspiration(all this does is save one passive and allows me to respec out of 10% reduced mana cost on mana mastery)
