PoE Gladiator, Retaliation, League Starter builds

As PoB'd it shouldn't be too outrageously expensive to build on leaguestart. It will also use the new Tempest Shield for +25% spellblock so I left some unreserved mana for it. The bad news is that this build lost a lot of damage, but the good news is that we get multistrike with Shield Charge and it should make this skill good enough. Trying to figure out initial tree for shield crush. Maybe with FB and mix in reckoning for extra dps but dunno if worth, most likely use shaper mace or something for extra damage and ignore counter skills.
