With Spectral Shield Throw a higher Armour/Evasion value will give you more Flat Physical Damage. The base with the highest base armour is Colossal Tower Shield. In trade league you can simply buy a Dread Essence (Shrieking for example gives Shield: +(226-300) to Armour) and then craft %increased Armour. A mid roll on Shrieking Dread with crafted %increased Armour will give you a 1.5k Armour Shield. Before crafting such a Shield look at the base value as those can have a range of 522-601 (Colossal Tower Shield).
