PoE Barrage, League Starter, Lightning builds

(See the bottom for update) Hey All, Looking for feedback/wanting to share a Trinity Elemental Hit Deadeye or Raider that I think I'm going to try to league start unless someone pokes a giant hole in it. I've spent most of yesterday pouring over POE Ninja and POB and think I might have finally created something okayish. I'm leaning towards raider cause it seems a bit easier to start but am curious if others have ideas for deadeye that might be different from mine or able to improve on mine as I think some of the tech in deadeye seems really cool. I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB.
