PoE 3.23 Affliction Shadow, Templar, League Starter builds

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). Hi guys! I discovered this insane build 1y year ago thanks to u/Dreadmaker (link) and still looks criminally underused with only \~100 characters on PoE ninja. I figured I could share my Lighning Strike of Arcing version which carried me to 100 while farming T16 8000wisps maps this league. EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty. Siege Ballista Guide by Hotchelli and heavy carrying from Rhine - I use this build stricly as a bosser and to rush Ubers early in league therefore i would not recommend my setups for strictly mapping, I sack alot of health tree nodes and rolls on gear for more damage. Earlygame: Grab key uniques- Iron commander Poised Prism Fractal thoughts (35%+ CRIT multi) Briskwrap (High cold res roll pref) Hrimsorrow (max rolls on strength and cold res always cheap) ^Once got these uniques can reroll into SB at 75^ then Garukhan

Gearing notes: - Tincture: Lightning Pen and Melee Strike range. They're not terribly expensive, and my perfect rolled on cost me 1 div. I like to prioritize the range over the pen, because I like hitting monsters from the other side of rivers. Might be able strike range out for splash, or rage on hit, and get more damage, but then you'd probably be running different tinctures for different content, and I just want to be lazy. - Helm: Anything ES here. Crown of Thorns is a nice starter. Get resistance, get something better than what I have. - Weapon

This has been one of my favourite league starts ever. I forgot how smooth perm minions are to play, and the Kuduku spectres shock nova is basically screen wide with the 30% minion AoE mastery. There's obviously a ton of improvements and gear upgrades to make, this is just a rough SSF friendly week one target. Spectres are Spirit of Fortune, found from the pink vendor in the league mechanic. You can farm the spectre corpses in a10 desecrated chambers.
