Step 1) Use Fossils (4 Socket Resonator) Aetheric, Metallic, Corroded and Shuddering (DOUBLE CHECK THE FOSSILS ON CRAFT OF EXILE I AM NOT AT A PC TO DOUBLE CHECK) -You are aiming for Spell Damage and +1 all Spell Skill Gems Step 2) Annul off Third Bad Prefix Step 3) Lock Prefix Scour Step 4) Multi Mod, Prefix Cant Be Change, Cannot Roll Attack Step 5) Augment Physical

You should have Spell Damage, +1 All Spells and +1 Physical Skill Gems

Step 6) Lock Prefix then Reforge Caster for cast speed! Step 6B) You could also Lock Prefix and Aisling Slam instead (THIS IS THE SAFER BET!!!!!) Step 7) Craft on the missing mod!
