Let me preface this with two things. 1. This is an update to the build I posted 2 days ago. Although now I feel it is not just decent, but actually good. 2. I believe this build will have slightly better numbers in 3.20 since we are getting some pretty big buffs to curses but we are also losing base effects of curses, hexblast just has worse numbers for self cast and occultist is getting some minor nerfs.
