PoE Gladiator, Multiple Totems, Melee builds

I haven't played since Ubers were a thing. I tried a Uber Eater on this build at level 93 with some different gear and got slapped. 6 portals gone immediately. Is this current version Uber/Sim wave 30 capable? Ive got 4.9k health, 47k armour with flasks, 79 all res/75 chaos res/ 50/42 block spell block and ailment immune.

Im tinkering with my PoB and noticing some inconsistencies. I have attack speed on 3 flasks but PoB only show one flask with attack speed in attack speed calculation. Can I only have one flask with attack speed? I also have 2% increased attack and cast speed with physical skills nodes on my clusters. PoB is not increasing my shield crush attack speed from these nodes. Shield has the physical tag. Am i misunderstanding something? PoB in question :

Firstly, the PoB - About the PoB - When initially brought up, the PoB will show a basic level 90 tree and have some fairly budgeted gear to emulate an early-mid range red map setup. The only truly expensive piece will be a Ryslatha's Coil, everything else is generic rare gear with a few needed stats as well as a mid range Crown of the Inward Eye, which might cost a bit in the first few days but will quickly fall in price as the league goes into next week. Another option as it is super SSF friendly and delve friendly. Glad so all mobs are destroyed on kill due to explosions. Vaal EQ means you pop and run as fast as you can between zones. Defenses are mainly Regen, End Charges, shield i guess and Armor, though i have extra slots so you could socket in Arrogance-petrified blood easily for big hits for 1 skill point. STEP BY STEP LEVELLING: Act 1: Buy Frost Blades from Nessa after you kill Hillock. We're going to use Frost Blades for clear and Double Strike for single targets. Buy a Paua Amulet for mana regeneration(we will need this until we get Life and Mana Leech on passive tree) and also craft movement speed boots as soon as you can. Pick up 3-colored items and sell them for chromatic orbs for first 2-3 acts. We will need them since we change skills through levelling. Keep on upgrading mana flasks especially until Act 6, we will be using them frequently. Also Magic weapon with added Physical Damage

The bad news is that this build lost a lot of damage, but the good news is that we get multistrike with Shield Charge and it should make this skill good enough.
