After seeing this item rework I had to try to make an absolute unit bossing character that anyone could succeed with on a budget, this is what I have so far. Please - critique! Let's make a monster.

Current capabilities:

• 1M DPS bleed on sirus, 3.8M per hit (only 1 hit required on boss per 3.8 seconds)
• 5.3k HP
• 84% cold and lightning resistance, 85% fire resistance, 38% chaos resistance
• 82% physical damage reduction
• 1k life leech per hit
• Enduring cry on left mouse for free 2k life every 8 seconds
• Culling strike and baby fortify on leap slam
• Bleed pops
• Tons of room for gear upgrades and Scourge corruptions

Current downsides:

• Must press the weapon switch key and attack every once and a while, we use ballista ensnaring arrow totems that hextouch the boss and make it count as moving
• Not SSF viable
• Requires dex and int on a few pieces of equipment
• This chestpiece is supposedly the same rarity tier as Shavronne's Wrappings, depending on demand it could make this build cost up to 10ex to put together. I expect it'll be closer to 6-7 though.
