I haven't played since Ubers were a thing. I tried a Uber Eater on this build at level 93 with some different gear and got slapped. 6 portals gone immediately. Is this current version Uber/Sim wave 30 capable?

Ive got 4.9k health, 47k armour with flasks, 79 all res/75 chaos res/ 50/42 block spell block and ailment immune.

Im tinkering with my PoB and noticing some inconsistencies. I have attack speed on 3 flasks but PoB only show one flask with attack speed in attack speed calculation. Can I only have one flask with attack speed? I also have 2% increased attack and cast speed with physical skills nodes on my clusters. PoB is not increasing my shield crush attack speed from these nodes. Shield has the physical tag. Am i misunderstanding something? PoB in question :

I wanted to see how much damage I could get out of resolute technique and shield crush. I totally forgot about invocations until last night and realized I could put precise technique on my shitty cold resistance relic. I swapped a bottle faith in and went from 30 mil to 45 mil. This pob has my old shield in it as well which is more reasonable to get. Synth colossal shield bases arent common. This drops dps to 38 mil with a 2600 def shield. Everything was completely self crafted except amulet. I bought a +2 plus and reforged chaos a couple time to cap my chaos resistance. I lost about 1

I posted this build a week or two ago, but I have made some improvements. I tried to record some video this time which is something Ive never done, but geforce kept crashing PoE so still no vids. Sorry. I made a +2 plus amulet and warlord slammed it. Then reforged influence until i hit determination rmr or pride rmr. I hit determination rmr on first reforge. I posted this other day at 61 mil and thought I could only get to \~70 with dd on shield. Then i remembered 10% more attack damage mastery. with volatility/ryslatha/violent retaliation jewels for lucky hit this mastery node is \~10% more damage. Volatility support is cool i guess. I only got to \~80 mil dps in crucible with a 4.8k def shield. This is 90 mil with a 3.1k armour/evasion shield. I can swap some flask around and run a lions roar and bottle faith to get over 100 mil. I would only do this for pinnacles. Everything
