PoE League Starter, Slam, Bossing builds

Early Leveling for Totems: From Level 1: Start leveling from the start of Act 1 with Ground Slam + Chance to Bleed + Lifetap. Add Ancestral Protector Totem as soon as avaliable. From Level 8: Earthbreaker will become avaliable; switch out chance to bleed with Earthbreaker and run with Ground Slam and Lifetap until level 12.
